It is mainly used in acidic detergent to form turbidity and distinguish it from water.
There are several types, the most important of which are the acid type that works in an acidic medium from 0.5 to 2, and the aqueous type that is used in the manufacture of freshener, which works well at PH from 6 to 8.

Antara™ (Polectron) 430 polymer is a highly effective opacifier. Antara™ (Polectron) 430 polymer is a white, thermoplastic, 38-41 percent solids, latex produced as a graft, emulsion copolymer of 30 percent polyvinylpyrrolidone and 70 percent styrene.

With a glass transition temperature of approximately 100°C, it forms transparent, thermoplastic films that readily adhere to glass, plastics and metals. Antara (Polectron) 430 polymer is thermally and mechanically stable in the presence of a variety of ionic compounds.

Important notes in bathroom bleach cleaner industry

1- A large amount of heat is released when strong acids are mixed with water. Adding more acid releases more heat. If you add water to acid, you form an extremely concentrated solution of acid initially. So much heat is released that the solution may boil very violently, splashing concentrated acid out of the container! If you add acid to water, the solution that forms is very dilute and the small amount of heat released is not enough to vaporize and spatter it. So Always Add Acid to water, and never the reverse.

2- It is strictly forbidden to add bathroom bleach cleaner to any other cleaner, especially with (chlorine) because it leads to an interaction between them and releaseToxic chlorine gas.

3- Safety measures must be taken while making the bathroom bleach cleaner by using gloves, a face mask, and an apron to protect the body and clothing.

4- The amount of hydrochloric acid needed to obtain a concentration of 10% of the flash acid detergent can be calculated in the following way:

For every 100 kg of detergent you need 10 kg of pure acid
According to the concentration of the acid we have, we calculate the amount of acid required and complete it with 100 kg of water.
Assuming the concentration of hydrochloric acid is 35%, then:
Weight of concentrated acid x its concentration = weight of pure acid x 100
Weight of concentrated acid x 35 = 10 x 100
Weight of concentrated acid = 28.57 kg
If we take 28.57 kg of concentrated acid and complete it to 100 kg with water (taking into account adding acid to water and not the other way around)

5- The method of using the bathroom bleach cleaner: sprinkle the cleaner on the surface to be cleaned, leave for several minutes, then rub it with a cleaning brush, and then rinse with water.

6- It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the place where hydrochloric acid is present and in the place of manufacture.

How to make 65 kg of flash bathroom cleaner

1- The materials used

  • 50 kg distilled or filtered water
  • 15 kg hydrochloric acid 30-35% concentration
  • 150 g Antara™ 430 (Polectron™ 430) polymer
  • 250g Nonylphenol Ethoxylate NP9

2- The modus operand


1- Fill the mixing barrel with 50 liters of filtered water

2- We add 15 kg of hydrochloric acid with a concentration of 30-32%

3- We add acid to water, Not the reverse

4- Then we mix well
5-We add 250g of Nonylphenol Ethoxylate NP9
6-Then continue mixing well

7- we add 150g of Antara™ 430 (Polectron™ 430) polymer

8- It is a substance that forms a white turbidity in the product to distinguish it from water

9- And so we are done with this product

10- And then to packing
