  • Water 19 kg
  • Tylose 40 g
  • Texapon sles70 2.5 kg
  • Cocamide DEA 2 kg
  • Nonylphenol Ethoxylate 0.5kg (NP9)
  • Propylene glycol 0.5 kg
  • Brightener 25 g
  • Triethanolamine 100 to 150 gr
  • Persil perfume 200 to 250 gr
  • Silicone foam blocker 150 gr
  • Preservative (Parmitol) 50 gr
  • Blue pigment 1 g


How to work:

  • First, we fill the mixing barrel with 19kg filtered water.
  • Then gradually add the tylose by spraying on to the surface of the water, stirring well until melting.
  • We add the Texapon sles70 and continue mixing until completely melted (can be dissolved aside and then added to the mixing barrel)
  • Add the Cocamide DEA, stirring well.
  • Dissolve the Nonylphenol Ethoxylate aside with a little water, then add it to the mixture.
  • Add the amino triethanol gradually with the PH measurement and adjust it at 8 to 9
  • Add the propylene glycol.
  • Then add the Brightener with the continued mixing.
  • In case you want a gel for automatic washing machines add 150g silicone foam blocker, but if you want it for regular high-foam washing machines go to the next step.
  • Stop mixing and leave the mixture until the next day for 24 hours, until the foams are gone and add the rest of the material.
  • After 24 hours, add the fragrance, pigment and preservative with slow stirring.

  • Thus, we have obtained 25 kg of liquid persil gel with high quality, cleanliness and washing.
