Caring for hair and its beauty and maintaining it from loss and damage and the appearance of the crust is one of the most important concerns of many women and men, the beauty of hair has become one of the most important aspects of women.

By standard specification PH shampoo ranges from 5 to 7.5 but the ideal PH for shampoo is 5.5 where the cleaning capacity on fat is high and maintains the hair and gives it a scent And beauty.


Fourth - Impact of water hardness:

The effectiveness of shampoos in different water  should be tested to ensure that it is able to clean even if the consumer is using very hardness water.


Easy rinsing:

High foam is required in shampoos, but this foam should be easy to rinse when bathing, and one of the factors affecting the applicability of the foam is:

1- The harshness of the water, its temperature and the rate of bathing (these factors are uncontrollable because they depend on the consumer)

2- The consistency of the foam.

3- The quality of the hair and its length.


Softness:

Shampoo should get rid of the fat attached to the hair while maintaining its softness and the lack of tangle in the hair and the difficulty of combing it after bathing.


Snouting and poisoning:

It should take into account the safety of the product on the consumer, such as the non-impact on the eye, and the non-intoxication when swallowed orally, and not to scratching and irritation of the skin, so the evaluation of the safety of shampoo is one of the most important specifications required in its manufacture.


Effectiveness on the hair cortex:

The disposal of the dandruff in the head is an important specification in shampoo so it is important to use effective anti-dandruff materials in manufacturing.


Ninth - formal specifications (consumer-friendly):

1- Smell:

One of the most important product ratings in the consumer is the fragrance, and the smell is evaluated in four stages:

  • During the smell of the package directly.
  • Smell the perfume in the shower.
  • The duration of his stay on the hair after bathing.
  • The stability of the fragrance during storage in the package.


2- Color:

The bright colors of the shampoo are a favorite of the user, such as pink or blue . Heavenly..... Etc., you should choose a good pigment and not affect the hair color.


3- Texture and viscosity:

The viscosity required in shampoo ranges from medium to creamy form, as the consumer prefers viscous shampoo to use the least amount of shampoo, taking into account the difficulty of spreading it to the hair.
